Labs, you learn to apply new skills to your
unique challenge. We help you form a Learning Partnership
that moves beyond isolated problem solving to designing
solutions from a whole systems perspective - bringing
innovative thinking to the challenge.
The
Four
Step Path provides the organizing framework
for learning within Future Shape's four fundamental
skill areas. Participants learn the skill of Exploratory
Listening as they consider the organization's
unique contribution to the challenge. They learn skills
in Discovery
with a six-step process to gain clarity on critical
success factors and to begin testing out new ideas.
Systems
Thinking skills are refined as participants
'look around' at the forces driving change. Lastly,
new skills in Decision-Making
are applied to make decisions that would be resilient
in multiple possible scenarios.
Learning
Partnerships not only learn about the existing challenge,
they become aware of 'how' they learn. These reflections
accelerate integral learning that can then be applied
to the next challenge. Thus over time, organizations
learn to shape their own future.
